I provide healing and counselling services in person, over the phone and through video applications online. I am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors as a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) and certified with the First Nations Health Authority. My office is located in the Comox Valley (unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation) on Vancouver Island, B.C. I also offer virtual and phone sessions across the world.
I continue to offer sliding-scale fees to those in need (limited space). If you feel you are a candidate for a reduced fee, please mention it to me. I also offer free 15-minute consultations to discuss whether my approach will work for you; finding the right fit for you is an important step when seeking out a counsellor.
in-person sessions: monday, tuesday & wednesday only
online/telephone sessions: monday, tuesday, wednesday & thursday
For all appointments I kindly ask you to turn your phone off and place it in a pocket or bag so it will not distract from the session. Please do not bring food to eat for our session, thank you.

Session Length
Sessions are typically 55 minutes long for individuals. Different lengths of sessions can be discussed prior to commencing counselling.
Coverage
Many extended health care plans will reimburse a portion or the full fee amount of counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Check with your healthcare plan to see if you have coverage. If you do, you will need to pay me in full and I will provide you with a receipt with my RCC #. You will then be able to file a claim with your health care provider and receive reimbursement from them.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours notice is provided or an appointment is missed, you will be charged the full amount for a session.
If you are running late, please call or text to inform me and you will be granted a full session if there are no clients after you.
