Many extended health care plans will reimburse a portion or the full fee amount of counselling with a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist/Counsellor (RCC). Check with your healthcare plan to see if you have coverage. If you do, you will need to pay me in full and I will provide you with a receipt with my RCC #14460. You will then be able to file a claim with your health care provider and receive reimbursement from them.

I identify as a cis-gendered, queer-curious settler of Irish, Celtic and Indo-European descent. In my work and personal life I endeavour to dismantle forms of discrimination and marginalization and understand I hold privileges that allow me to do so. I welcome folx of all identities into my space and hope to co-create as much safety as possible together

Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours notice is provided or an appointment is missed, you will be charged the full amount for a session. If you’re not feeling well enough to meet in person, an online option will always be available to you. I always consider the circumstances and collaborate on what fee feels fair for missed sessions if you are ill.
If you are running late, please call or text to inform me.
