I’m happy you’ve found your way here, and if you’re curious about what kind of support I offer, you’ll find all the information you need on this page. I meet with people in person within the Comox Valley area on Vancouver Island, virtually through Zoom, or on the phone. I meet people for one-to-one therapy sessions, relationship counselling, or nature-based sessions outdoors. I also offer supervision and consultation sessions for other therapists seeking support.

One size does not fit all, and so before we begin working with one another we will discuss my approach and whether it works for you over a short phone call. I describe my approach as integrative, relational, anti-oppressive and person-centred. Our relationship is one of the most important elements of the work we engage with together and creating a consent-based space is very important to me.

Individual Therapy

Choose from a 55 or 75 minute session. In-person, online or by phone. I’ll offer support tailored to your needs whether it’s short-term or long-term support you’re seeking.


Relationship Therapy

A 90-minute session focussing on the relationship between two people. This session type is not exclusively for intimate partners, but rather any important relationship to you.


Supervision/Consultation

I offer support in person or online to folks seeking support related to their own practice or counselling experiences. This is for counsellors or counsellors in training.

Nature Therapy

75 minutes spent outdoors together at an agreed upon location. If choosing this option, make sure to connect with me to go over details of when and where. This is an opportunity for us to engage in a healing space with the support of the land and ritual.

To Prepare

Book a consultation session through my booking site (click on any of the “book” buttons on this website) or send me an email letting me know about what kind of support you’re seeking.

Come as you are! If it suits you, feel free to bring current themes, reflections or dreams. If you have nothing prepared, no problem.

For our time together I kindly ask you to turn your phone off and place it in a pocket or bag so it will not distract from the session. Please do not bring food to eat for our session, thank you.
